Location so close to a "no questions asked " money exchange, with good rates and various 'friend's' shops and papyrus factory which is a good source of additional commission for guides. A great selection of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

We liked the Egyptian-style building and our well-organised room with my grown up kids. Location: the hotel was near to the Tahrir square, and Quiet Area.

Convenient location close to restaurants, taxis 🚕, and attractions like Sakara. the area is really safe, which is a big plus. Also, it only takes a 10-15 minute walk to get to Jimmy's Egg Restaurant, where I had a meal once or twice.

very friendly staff, fluent in English, in a busy street so I felt really safe coming and leaving (solo woman traveller) and also there was someone from the staff always outside or near the entrance which really made me feel safe, very clean room

it is not really close to any sightseeing but taking a cab in Egypt isn't expensive, somewhat limited breakfast (quantity and variety), my room was a bit noisy but nothing too serious

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English and answered my questions satisfactorily and offered good tours. It was very convienient to be picked up and brought back to the airport.

Our room had a tub, and the hotel is located in the peaceful el-Mohandeseen area.

This place is super clean, the rooms are a good size, and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. In the morning, you can enjoy a decent meal with tasty sausages and real fruit juice.

Free airport pickup was a real bonus. Free Wifi. Simple, clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Was far from the centre, but not that big a problem if all you are using it is for a base for pyramids/ museums etc. Taxis are not in short supply, but make sure you haggle with them! Would also say that the traffic in Cairo is v. heavy, so to get to Ramses from the hotel, give yourself a good 40 minutes. Also, breakfast a little sparse.

Excellent value for money - better than a 5-star hotel we stayed at in Luxor (minus the facilities). It was an non-expected added bonus that the reception staff was able to organise transport and guides for our itenary

I would recommend that they get a pool table, table tennis or dart board for children to keep themselves busy, and cereals at breakfast. The service at the Restaurant can improve - the staff do not understand English that well and we always had to ask for teaspoons

It was also close to the Egyptian Museum, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a bathroom and functioning air conditioning. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a helpful tour guide who organized trips to popular tourist destinations.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved, as noise from outside and neighboring buildings could be heard.

The staff were courteous and willing to help whenever required. The meals particularly lunch was also very ok.

The free wireless internet service promised for guest was unavailble during my stay.

Hotel undergoing construction on the exterior, which made the hotel difficult to locate. Reasonably priced, but the staff tried to bill me for the mini-bar which I did not use. Nice appearance inside and good value for the money.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the convenient location, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and the excellent staff. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access the main shopping area and the Giza pyramids, either by taxi or on foot. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us arrange tours at reasonable prices and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
